The Royal Palm Resort, at 1545 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach, is becoming a condo-hotel. With completion set for December, the complex will consist of 130 hotel-condominium suites, 35 poolside bungalows and 252 refurbished hotel rooms. It also will have Maxim Lounge, designed by nightlife impresario Rande Gerber, and a spa by Sonya Dakar.
Prices begin in the low $400’s and sales began last week.
