OQO model 02 - Review by PC Magazine
At CES 2007, the biggest electronics show in Las Vegas, OQO announced the successor to the model 01, dubbed the model 02. Some of the new exciting features include built-in EV-DO, a brighter screen, and a great docking station. And it’s all packaged into a 1-pound frame.
And the $2,100 price? Peanuts to those who need a hard-hitting flyweight.

HP Pavilion tx1000 - Review by PC Magazine
This tablet and ultraportable combo has all the makings of a big success, but its simple touch screen, instead of a Wacom-enabled one, doesn’t quite measure up to the competition.
If you know what Wacom is we bet that matters.

Lenovo 3000 C200 - Review by PC Magazine
The Lenovo 3000 C200 sports a new design that’s more consistent with the rest of the 3000 series, and it adds brand-new components that make it one of the most affordable business laptops in the market.
Solid but uninspiring.

Fujitsu Lifebook N6420 - Review by PC Magazine
There are usually several forces involved in making the ideal Media Center laptop. Not the least is having the kind of features that distinguish it as a full-fledged entertainment system. With the imposing 10-pound frame and 17-inch widescreen of its predecessor, the Fujitsu LifeBook N6420 is regarded by many as a Media Center. But even with the addition of an Intel Core 2 Duo processor and an HD DVD-ROM drive, the N6420 is still a couple of features shy of competing with the likes of Toshiba and HP in the category.
Hmm… Heavy but still feature-shy? Sounds like a no-go.

:: LAPTOP Magazine • Fujitsu LifeBook A6010 ::
Speed, ample storage, and an excellent display are the highlights of the Fujitsu LifeBook A6010, which also packs an Intel Core 2 Duo processor and a dual-layer multiformat DVD burner into a six-pound, silver-and-ebony body. Priced at $1,419, as tested, this system has everything notebook buyers are looking for, provided they upgrade to the higher-capacity battery.
Sorry - an hour and a half on the normal battery won’t cut it, and as for the higher capacity battery, we won’t lug it.

:: LAPTOP Magazine • Dell Inspiron E1405 ::
If you like the idea of owning a fast and full-featured notebook that can travel with you, the Dell Inspiron E1405 is a very good choice. This Media Center laptop packs a speedy dual-core processor, a huge hard drive, and the most robust instant-on functionality you’ll find anywhere, plus next-generation 802.11n Wi-Fi. It lacks the more powerful discrete graphics of the E1505, but the E1405 has all of the right ingredients to deliver a top-notch Windows Vista experience.
At 5.3 pounds it doesn’t break any records, but won’t break you back either.

The Coolest Lounge Chair Ever - SlashGear says:
I’m not sure what Avarte’s intention was when making a chair that stretches at the top, but has a narrower seat. However it is just plain cool. The chair comes with a little seat, but you can always take that off. The chair is made of birch plywood, and the legs are made of epoxycoated round bar.
We say it was designed for people with really wide shoulders and really narrow hips. About time somebody looked out for us!

Sure, it’s too late to change your mind on that holiday purchase, but when you go out to buy large flat TV number 11 (for the guest bathroom) you may want to know whether one type is superior. Yahoo! News gives a long-winded version of “it doesn’t matter” at Plasma vs. LCD: Which Wins? - Yahoo! News
So which is right for you: plasmas or LCDs?”Today, at retail, plasma generally has a pricing advantage over LCD at the same screen size,” said NPD’s Rubin. “That’s a key advantage. But beyond that, it becomes a lot more objective. It starts to become a lot more model-specific.”
Thanks!
